- I'm running Win95 with it's default strings and consistently get R28
- T26 or T28. I did discover that the 28.8's in general are sensitive
- to other devices on the line, I rarely get these speeds with the
- answering machine hooked up. (Oh well, wanted a dedicated line
- anyway).
